While the specifics of my internship are under NDA, here are what I did:

User interviews showed that electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems felt intimidating. By simplifying data-heavy dashboards into clear and actionable insights, I helped homeowners feel more in control of their home repairs and maintenance.
Balancing user value with business goals creates sustainability.
By aligning the app’s functionality with SageSure’s insurance priorities, I created a product that not only helped homeowners but also strengthened long-term retention and trust.
